1. What is ACCA?

ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a UK‑based global accounting qualification recognized in over 180 countries, including India. It prepares you for careers in finance, accounting, audit, taxation, and management accounting.

2. What are the entry requirements for Indian students?

After 12th (Class 12): You can register directly if you meet minimum requirements.

If you don’t meet the entry level, ACCA recommends starting with the Foundations in Accountancy (FIA) pathway and then progressing to the ACCA Qualification.

4. When are ACCA exams held?

ACCA conducts exams in four sessions per year — March, June, September and December. Results are usually published about 6 weeks after the exam.

5.Do I Have to Pay for Every Exemption?

Yes. ACCA charges an exemption fee for each paper you claim. This fee must be paid during or after registration.

Exception: If you are currently pursuing a B.Com from an ACCA-approved university, you may be eligible for exemptions without paying separate fees for certain papers.
